Blood Donation Blood Donation Camp - RHTC Kanhe. Of Dept. of PSM, and Garware Blood Bank of Dr. BSTRH , MIMER Medical College Talegaon Dabhade held a Blood Donation Camp fort he Anuual Training Camp of Maharashtra NCC Battalion on Monday 22/11/2010 at RHTC Kanhe. Aim of the camp was to remove misconception about Blood donation in young generation and to show gratitude towards committee. Total 14 cadets donated the blood. Captain Salakia (Commanding Officer), V.K. Gupta (SWA2) was chief guest for the programme. This activity was held under the guidance of HOD, PSM . Professor Dr. (Mrs) Bandana Patnaik. IMNCI Training IMNCI Training - MIMER medical college is arranging Integrated Management of Neonatal and Childhood illness training for Aganwadi Workers, ANMs and MPWs in Maval Taluka. These workshops will be ongoing activity in collaboration with Zila Parishad Pune and are sponsored by WHO, UNICEF and Stat and Central Ministry of Health. Dr. Sandhya Pimpale of Dept. Of PSM, along with training instructors from Zila Parishad conducted these workshops. The duration of each workshop is for 8 days, during which all aspects of basic child health care are covered The first such workshop was conducted during 9th Oct. to 16th Oct. 2010. Followed by 18th Oct to 25th Oct and 11th Nov. to 18th Nov 2010.
