INTERNSHIP ORIENTATION PROGRAMME 2011 Internship orientation programme was organised by the PSM department from 07/03/2011 to 11/03/2011. The interns were distributed their choice of posting on 7th March and then on the 8th of March the formal Inauguration of the Internship. Dr. Mrs. B. Patnaik initially welcomed the gathering which comprised the interns, Heads of various departments and other dignitaries. After the welcome speech, all the dignitaries proceeded to the traditional lamp. Dr. Mrs. Suchitra Nagare, Executive Director, MIMER Medical College presided over the function as chief guest and spoke about her experiences to the newly passed out interns. Dr. R.D. Prayag guided the interns take the Hippocratic Oath. Dr. Chincholikar S.V. gave the vote of thanks. Dr. Astha Pandey was the anchor of the programme. Public Health Quiz 2011 Public Health Quiz was organized at Smt. Kashibai Navale Medical College, Pune On 30/03/2011. Miss. Madhura Tinaikar and Miss. Roshani Panchal of III/I participated and stood second. They were guided by Dr. B.B. Patnaik Professor & Head PSM and Dr. S.V.Chincholikar Professor PSM. In all Nine colleges of Pune Zone participated
